Mr. G.C. Kanunga belongs
to well-known family of Businessmen from Western Rajasthan. He
provides an inspiring and dynamic leadership to the Alcobex Team by
his vision and far sightedness. He is Vice President of Indian
Non-Ferrous Metal Manufacturers' Association, Active Member of
International Tube Association and closely associated with industry
associations e.g. FICCI and CII.
Technical Director :
Prof. A.D. Bohra, a
highly qualified Electrical L Mechanical Engineer, former member
Planning Commission, Eminent Academician, founder-promoter of Birla
Institute of Technology & Sciences Pilani (BITS) and Jodhpur
Engineering College.
Director Finance :
Mr. A.S. Bhandari,
Chartered Accountant by profession, formerly Joint Secretary,
Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India, Director (Finance) Hindustan
Zinc Limited, former Chairman - Engineering Projects (India) Limited
(EPIL).
Director Marketing and Administration :
Mr. B.L. Kanunga, a
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 20 years experience.
Director ( Works ) :

Director ( Co-ordinator ) :

Works Manager :
Mr. Z.C. Mehta, a
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 34 years experiences in the metal
extrusion industry.
Quality Manager :
Mr. S.D. Purohit, a
Graduate Metallurgical Engineer with 20 years experience in
production, quality control and product development.
Export Manager :
Mr. Vibash Gupta, Masters
Degree in Management with specialization in marketing and hands down
experience in international trade.
Personnel :
A total of approximately 1000 skilled workers and technicians -
some of them highly qualified for carrying out production, maintenance and
quality control activities. Periodic in-house training programs initiated
for keeping up-to-date with developments in the industry. The management
maintains very amicable relations with the labour force. An
additional 500 personnel indirectly work for Alcobex being employees of
the four captive ancillary units also located very near Alcobex Works at
Jodhpur. |
